Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can you have 2 free to air set top boxes in a house for 2 different TV locations, but only have to install 1 satalite dish on the wall outside?

So I could watch the footie or a film, while she could watch her dramas or soap operas.;)

What would be the simplest/easiest way to do it?

    Thanks.:)

yes if its a standard set top box you need a dual lnb, if its sky plus boxes you have and you want to record and watch something else you need a quad lnb. the lnb is the part of the dish the coax is attached to. the set top box feeds the lnb with the power it needs on the same coax that the signal returns on. this is why its important not to have any dodgy connections or cross shorts and a good idea to use good quality foam filled coax like rg6 or sat 100.

Quad LNB is easier to get and similar price. Allows 2 x PVRs or up to 4 ordinary boxes.
