    That's Limerick City!! :P

Ah no, what's to be said of New York??

Safest large city in the United States with Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, St Lousi, Seattle, Miami etc etc all having far higher crime rates. You'd really have to go looking for trouble to find it. Parts (by no means all) of Harlem, Spanish Harlem and Washington Heights, the Bronx, Central Park and bits of Queens aren't exactly the safest but nothing compared to their 1970s and 1980s crime peaks. The subways can be dodgy late at night but thats the only trouble most people may ever encounter if at all. You'll see NYPD officers everywhere around Manhattan, I feel far safer at night time there than Dublin.

I thought Canada was a pretty safe place? The cops there are extremely strict even just for a bit of bad language... Or is it just Toronto that is dangerous in your opinion?

True the police in Canada are great, but some parts of Toronto are simple no go areas, kind of like new York I suppose but without the reputation
