UPC 30Mb upgraded?

Have UPC upgraded their 30MB today? Just downloading some stuff with Jdownloader and have seen the speeds go up to 7MB/s and was staying arund 6MB/s for a minute or so and then go back down again to around 3.5MB/s

No, there is no upgrade for 30Mbps, unless you pay for 100Mbps.

Must have been a mistake with the downloads, but was around 5MB/s for quite a while. Speed is still what it is below, which ain't bad I guess

I get that quite often with Jdownloader. Had a speed of 24MB/s yesterday.

I Get 185Mb/s (100Mb connection) with IDM @ times.:pac:
