Bad ping and jitter with UPC to south of England issue

    I was playing on a UK server last night and i noticed my ping was 150ms.

    I started using pingtest today and pings are fine for Dublin, Holland and Manchester.

    When i ping the two south of England servers there is a huge amount of jitter and pretty bad ping.

    I am on UPC 20meg in Waterford.


    Anyone else having these issues or can replicate my problem?

    also on 20mb in limerick. been having some serious packet loss issues today, and torrents are crawling at 5kbps DL and zero upload.
    reset my router and modem and everything bar the torrents are working fine again.

    jitter spiked to 300ms+ in that test.:eek::eek:
