pine board grades and sizes

hi all looking to build a solid pine surf board ,for a laugh. what different types of board are available in a 6by1 or similar size are there different grades available from builders suppliers

You could get half a sheet of "pineboard" from strahan timber. Cut it to shape and epoxy it (http://www.wallerwickham.ie/) to seal and waterproof it.
