Got the 15 to 20MB upgrade recently, speeds fluctuating an awful lot

I was getting a very consistent 1.8MB/sec before with 15MB, but since the upgrade the speed goes up to 2.45MB/sec sometimes but then 1.4MB/sec or anywhere in between next. Anyone getting this?
