Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem with bill estimated reading

    Hi

I've received a massive bill - it's fairly obvious that it's a problem with the estimated reading, and I know that if I submit a reading myself it will be corrected on the next bill.

But can I get it corrected immediately (i.e. rather than waiting for next bill) so that this huge bill doesn't get direct debitted out of my account?

If I give you details by PM can you sort it out, or is it better to ring customer suppy?

    Thanks

    Hi StudentC,

Whichever option suits you best - I can have it fixed straight away if you PM me. Submitting the reading online here would also do the job, as would ringing a customer service representative on 1850 372 372.

    Thanks,

    David.

Submitting online seems to update it automatically for me

You have 8 days to submit the actual reading iirc to get a new bill with the corrected reading.

Thanks for that Tar Aldarion and Davy - I was going to just do the normal submit-a-reading-online, but the bill was for ~€1000 more than it should've been so i wanted to make sure there was no chance I would get charged!!
