Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy a ten stop ND filter to fit the Cokin P system?

I have looked around and cannot find anything. I know there is the B+W ND110 but I already have the adapter and filter holder etc so if I could get one of the square glass ones to fit the Cokin Adapter it would be great.

Anyone have any ideas or experience looking for the same thing??

    Cheers

    Darran

Looked for one before Christmas and couldn't find one. Ended up with a B+W ND110.

What did the 10 stop cost?

I also got a B+W ND110. I don't think Cokin do one, since there would be a light gap between the filter and your lens so light would get in.

Mine was pretty cheap at £38 - bought online in UK. Its 58mm - the larger sizes go up to £90.

This is true with all P filters. I wrap a piece of stretchy cloth around the gap.

try Hi Tech filters, pretty sure their filters fit cokin P and they will do you 10 stops and beyond... http://www.formatt.co.uk/stills-filters/filters/standard-n-d/high-density-neutral-standard-filters.aspx

is 3.0 a 10 stop filter? At the moment I have 0.3 and 0.9 and I'm quite tempted by this

Would the Lee big stopper fit?? It's square anyway I think, whether it fits that holder I'm not sure.

Not sure about woodies, i dont deal with them. But your average local hardware should have them. Where you based?

Motor factors or even a local farm stores would be a good bet for welding glass.

I eventually bought a 77mm ND110 from Maxsaver.net which arrived today for €57 delivered which was extremely reasonable considering the price of that size on some sites and the lack of supply of a lot of sites.

Now All I have to do is find time to use it!!
