Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Is it possible to use a SKY card with the 500GB Freesat system? Is there a CI slot?

    Thanks,

    Chris

    In a word, no.
There is a ci slot, on the Humax HDR, but it won't read a Sky card.

Pity. Looks like it might be compatible with Saorsat though?

    Saorsat doesn't need a CI

We don't know exactly "how" compatible a Humax HDR will be. At worst it will let you watch and listen to Saorsat channels via its poxy Diseqc + "other channels" feature. There is no good reason why they couldn't make it a bit more user friendly.

We don't know yet about Series Link, or any possible MHEG5 EPG app that ought also to support PVRs, or if MHEG5 is enabled on Humax when in "other channel mode".

    June may be interesting.
