I won an unfair dismissals case but my ex employer has appealed it to the Circuit Court and he has postponed it twice!!! its going on 2 years now and driving me crazy!!! does anyone know if there is a limit on how many times a case like this can be postponed?? and surely there are only serious reasons for a postponement??…
