Can anyone recommend a decent painting company?

Hoping for a recommendation or two to call and get a quote - we have 5 first floor sash style windows that need to be sanded down, repainted and reputtied as its about a decade since last done and they are showing their age. Can anyone recommend a decent Cork company or even an (insured!) individual?
