    Keep getting this when I go to take a picture but it was never removed..

    I've seen this before. A girl came into me with the same problem with her HTC wildfire. The SD card seemed to be corrupt, we tested a spare one that we had lying around and it worked, so she bought a new one and it worked fine.

    Could just need a change of SD card! :)

    Or try removing and reseating the existing card?

    Or clean the card and blow out the dust in the SD card dock.
