Hi all, I own an apartment in D17 but I'm tired of my commute and considering renting somewhere near the Luas green line. Two bed apartments in D2, D6 and Sandyford industrial estate are listed on Daft for around €1,000 - €1,500. Does anyone rent in those areas and if so, how much rent are you actually paying?

Good two beds in D2 go from €1150 to 1500, can depend on parking, location etc

Think about how much you will get to rent your own place and then allocate it towards the rent of a new place.
