This crowd are advertising on RTE radio 1 today, does this mean that property prices have bottomed out? http://www.seniorsmoney.ie/ They're not doing home reversion (where you sell them a % of the house), they're only doing 'equity release' which is a loan that only gets paid off when you sell the house, move out…

They're not doing home reversion (where you sell them a % of the house), they're only doing 'equity release' which is a loan that only gets paid off when you sell the house, move out permanently or die.
