When one's better half is out of the country for an extended period of time the inevitable build-up of testosterone and etc. can lead to the eyes wandering and hankering. Whilst it is only the eyes that do wander, one nonetheless feels that perhaps they should not, and so it is perfectly reasonable to masturbate frequently, ostensibly for the sake of the relationship. Low testosterone etc. build-up = low desire for other women. But greater frequency of masturbation increases production of testosterone etc, leading to a vicious circle of round the clock masturbation, culminating in an exhausted hatred of all women. So what is the optimum masturbation frequency to tide one over? And what fraction of the "fantasies" should revolve around one's better half?
