Handy Job for a Welder

Hi Guys, Im looking for someone that has a spot welder to do a little job. Basically I have a recliner chair that one of the brackets has snapped off on and it needs some sort of makeshift bracket to be made and welded on - Any ideas of anyone that could do it??

if the bit ya needed welded can be taken off to be welded i could sort something for ya ,,
