Shop and website prices are allowed to vary. This is very common in the industry. On-line and In-store are two different organisations, with their own stock, systems and cost-base. Prices do vary quite a bit.

The price you saw on-line is not an advertisement, per se but an offer in the sense that €100 is the price they are asking, you are entitle to accept or reject that pricing. If you phoned tele-sales you may have been offered a different price entirely.

The Europa has been €99 in all 3 stores & Stockists since December. Take them in a 3 magazine which has the price in it. Just grab a January edition from any shop. They've charged you the november/ early december price. Talk to the store manager.
3's prices change the start of every month and sometimes in the middle of the month but the Europa didn't go up in price.

The Europa is €119 since Jan, was reduced in stores for Christmas. €119 in store and €99 on web is correct.
