Why does the I.C.C. only target African countries?

What is it with the Internationa Criminal Court only targeting Africans?

I'm sure there are many other war criminals to go after in other continents, like fcukin Bin Laden for example??? Or whatever happened in Bosnia and Yugoslavia and all those places that I don't have a clue about. Does it not strike you as a bit racist that the only people to be summoned to the ICC since it was founded were Africans?

Thats not the ICC, which didn't deal with there because it's before its time.

But the thing is, even if he hadn't been tried, they wouldn't go after him. They are only indicting Africans.

That's a total fail of logic. They cannot try him because he's been tried.
