I have a medical condition which is causing poor sleep, still have to work tomorrow and try be able to listent to people. What about the rest of you? What has you up at this time?

I told myself I'd go to sleep at 4am, but when I looked at the clock it was 4:07. So now I'm just waiting until 5. Don't know why, it seems like it makes sense.

Still awake due to sleeping late yesterday because i was out late on saturday night. . . In work in 4 hours. . Think i'll stay awake and go in without sleep. . It won't be as bad as waking up tired. .

Sleeping patterns have been all over the place the past couple of days. I ended up sleeping for a few hours after work today (well technically yesterday) and I'm not tired now.
