Genuine/decent websites for NYC/US Job hunting

As title suggest - does anyone know of any genuine sites for job searching in New York, or America in general. Specifically in advertising/marketing? When you do a Google search, you tend to get a load of rubbishy websites. Thanks!

Careerbuilder is excellent also. A few pieces of advice is to make sure you have an American address on your resume (even if you are not there, may be a friends address?), and also to format it into American style resume. They are typical shorter than the Irish equivalent. Some people would see either of these and just put it in the bin.
