Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ipod Difficulties

    I got a lovely 160gb ipod classic off my cousin and need to find out if theres anyway to solve a little problem with it....

    When theres no battery it tells me to charge bt when i do charge it it only shows the apple symbol as if it were starting up. Ive tried the age old method of reseting and it wont connect to my computer. Other than getting it fixed by someone in a shop or sending it off is there anything i can do?

    any help would be greatly appreciated

    when the battery is flat, it will show the apple for a short time while it charges. That's normal. Then after a few minutes of charging it should turn on and be useable.

    not the prob i charged it all night last night and the ipod kept the symbol on screen literally all day til the batery died
