Cant get required experience for job

    HI all im trying to find work in logistics but am having problems finding any kind of work due to my lack of experience,Last year I finished a fas course from which I obtained a full "C" licence I also got a cpc and tachograph card so basically im ready to start driving lorries only problem is that most companies ask for atleast 1 or 2 years driving experience which I cant get as I cant find a job in the first place,If anybody has any advice I would be very grateful

    A lot of driving jobs are van sales roles so if you have experience in this area (retail, sales, etc) make sure you have it highlighted on your cv. I only got my C licence in may and was lucky enough to get a driving job (van sales) by november.

    Maybe try and get the artic and/or bus licence next so you could have more options to apply for.

    With regards experience hold tight and somebody will give you a shot.
