    A05,

apologies for the delay getting back to you.

We have just bought a lump of the excellent Denon AVR1311 which is excellent value and we have reduced to just £199.95 from £249.95.

The AVR-1311 is HDMI V1.4 supports HD Audio formats such as DTS-HD Master Audio to give you the powerful, dynamic surround sound you expect with the amazing 3D video images you’re watching.

    Features 3D pass-through technology, Supports HDMI 1.4 with 3D, Deep Color, “x.v.Color”, 4 x HDMI in / 1 x HDMI out (Repeater), Fully discrete, identical quality and power for all 5 channels (110 W x 5ch)
High definition audio support, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio
Stereo Mini Jack on front panel lets you connect any portable audio player

We also have a few of the Yamaha RXV567 in Titanium to go out at £199.95 as well which we should have shortly- have a look at the spec here: http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/yamaha/rxv567/yama-rxv567-blk

Keep me posted if any of these are interesting,

    Hi John & team
Would the Denon AVR1311, or Onkyo 308 or Yamaha RXV567 be better regarding overall spec list ,would you notice sound difference on a budget set speakers which is Best .

I purchased from your good selves ! a set Yamaha NSP 280 + onkyo 307 last year .
Reason I'm asking about the upgrading, is I want to get full sound effect for blue ray discs (HD sound ).
Looking forward to your advice on these 3 units !!

    cheers

    Hi Snow.

Out of these, I personally would have to go for the Yamaha (as long as you don't mind the finish).

On the sound front, the Yamaha is a better receiver than the Denon but the finish of the Denon is lovely and it's not too shabby either on the audio quality either. Don't let the price of the Denon put you off as we got a good price on them.

So, Yamaha 567 1st, fairly closely followed by the AVR1311 and the Onko would have to be last.

    I hope this helps.
