Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have you a domain name registered for the business, i.e. qwertyshop.ie? If so have you an Email address registered against that domain, i.e. john@qwertyshop.ie? If so you can access that through Outlook easily enough. ALternatively if you have a generic Email address, i.e. qwertyshop@gmail.com / eircom.net / hotmail.com you can also access them accounte through Outlook.

I don't have Outlook on this machine so I can't walk you through how to do it, but I just wanted to let you know that it can be done and it's pretty straight forward.

In the meantime, have a look at this page.
