Grianan Fidh, Sandyford

Hi all,

I'm considering looking at a house in Grianan Fidh in Sandyford. From this map, it looks like it's very close to Glencairn Luas stop as the crow flies but because of a wall around the estate, it's a 35 minute walk. Before I go out and take a look, can anyone familiar with the area tell me if there are any shortcuts?

Hi

There is now a walk / cycle way connecting Grianan Fidh with Sandyford hall. You will see it when you come out to view the house. It would be a 10/15 min walk to Glencairn stop.

the lane in blue at the top of this map is the one that is open now and mentioned above, the bottom one is the other planned access to kilgobbin road.
