    Hi , does anyone know if either of these bodies will be recruiting again next year , and what subjects do you need from your leaving cert?

    also the uk have changed their process now and moved away from the traditional way we do it here.

    the nhs in the uk are looking for you to obtain a degreee in paramedic sciences at university before you can apply for a position

    Yes with regards to the Paramedic Science Degree.

    would an irish EMT course satisfy the nhs for application to apply for an ACA position do you know??

    no idea, i am trying myself. i think its up to each nhs trust to decided themselfs weather or not they will. you may get a rpl(recognise prior leaning) if they bang you on a eca/aca/ecsw course.
