Pepe's first real touch of the ball - nice save
100% guarantee that its Suarez goal.

Ball going in and defender helps it on its way. The fact that the defender should have done better is totally irrelevant.

Looks like Kenny has beaten two teams that Roy couldn't....speaks volumes!

Suarez will get the headlines but fair play to Kuyt for the assist, great ball

Our team really is a bit greedy in the final third.

    Look up FFS.

    Think so.

Definitely first 3 clean sheets too.

Looking up the table is a great feeling, not looking down.

I'd honestly give it to Kelly. He hasn't put a foot wrong defensively and was always looking to get forward.

The week between games did him a world of good.

Lucas MotM for me. He's been so effective and controlled the middle of the pitch so Stevie and Raul could do their stuff.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,692 ✭✭✭Dublin_Gunner

Fuller just got knocked over by the ghost of Neil Ruddock lol

MOTM I'd say Kuyt too. His work rate has been astonishing, hold up play, chasing defenders down, passing, assist for Suarez.

Honourable mention for both Kelly & Meireles - and Gerrard too to be fair.

Don't know who's man of the match, could be a number of players, it's been a while since that could be said, really positive performance

Reina up to number 3 now at the club for most clean sheets - future captain!

Great game. Kuyt MOM but Gerrard, Meireles, Agger, Lucas and Kelly all played well. Lucas sprayed the ball around really well. Great to see the team playing with confidence and enjoying their football - thats down to Kenny.

Quick shot of Carroll there and he just had a look of "Yeah, I won't mind playing in that team!" :)

still a long long long way to go but we're improving every single game.

I'd be happy to see Carragher not back to full fitness by the weekend tbh.

If only Dalglish had been appointed manager at the start of the season we would be top four without a doubt.

Boo yeah! We played some very nice football tonight. Nobody put a foot wrong. Great to see Mereiles continue his goal scoring run. Great to see Suarez score and play some really nice stuff. Great to see a massive improvement over last week. Great to see us have one of our best performances of the season, and all without a certain Spanish striker.

Delighted with that result, 3 wins on the trot now.
Some great football played, Kuyt was immense as was Stevie, Lucas and Meireles.

Haven't enjoyed a Liverpool game as much as this one in a long long time. Kuyt was incredible, Lucas was boss also. Suarez looks class. Beaming from ear to ear. Great nights work lads. :D

Was thinking that myself. There were games when no one would score more than a 5 or 6 out of 10. Tonight Kelly was as solid as ever ( gives the impression of a seasoned pro at times)- Luas played well, Gerrard played well, Raul continued his recent good form, Kyri was a tower of strength - Johnson was good - Kuyt was a dynamo ( pure energiser bunny)! Seriously happy with 9 from 9 !!

p.s. Stoke.....please get relegated.... awful to watch ( even at home!)
