Best place for KOI FISH and DRAGON tattoos?

Hi, Im looking to find out the best place to get a koi fish and dragon done in the dublin area..... or surrounding areas.. i want to get a really good artist to do it as i want it to be the main piece of a half sleeve!!! Any advice is welcome!:D

I've seen 1 or 2 of Darrens koi fish and they're deadly so I'd give him a shout. Sound bloke too.
