only 1 radiator working help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a problem my heating when i turn it on only heats the bathroom radiator then the boiler(ferroli tempra 18) will switch to standby leaving the rest of the house cold .then after a while it will ignite again for a few minutes and cut out after a few minutes. then it might ignite again and all of a sudden all the rads are working....any help would be great thanks

best bet is to check is the circulating pump running properly , if you know where the circulating pump is there is a big silver screw a flat head can loosen and remove , a small bit of water will come out too so put a towel under it , you can poke the flat head into the hole where the screw was and if it hits off the spinning pump you will know its running . but back in the screw as soon as you check.

where would u find the circulating pump would it be in the hot press or where....hotpress is downstairs??

either near the boiler, in the hot press or in the boiler in which case you arent meant to go near it as its a gas appliance and should only be sorted by a RGI registered plumber

in the hot press there is a pump that comes on when the shower is on upstairs ,then there is a myson motorised valve in there too....nothing to do with these?cheers for the help
