Welcome to boards. This is the wrong forum for your question.

Anyway, assuming you're spending two weeks in each, I'm somewhat familiar with Thailand and I'd suggest making sure you see Bangkok (the palace is a good day out and some Muay Thai in either Lumpinee or Raja stadium is an absolute must), Chiang Mai, Pai. Consider one of the islands (Samui is nice if you stay in the right place) if you have time.

I'm very fond of Pai. You could spend a lifetime there and not notice it drift past. It's also a lot cheaper up north (though Pai is getting pricier, it's still very very cheap by comparison to the South).
