Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi microsoft tech support call

    The last two days i have got a phone call from a person telling me they are from microsoft tech support and they was spyware and malware on my computer and to type support.me into the run box. What is this and if its a scam can i make it stop

    Microsoft don't call customers to tell them they have a virus. Ever.

    If you have a bit of time, have a laugh and tell them the URL is not working.

    Then get them to diagnose your router problem with visualisation techniques.

    Just tell them you are aware it's a scam, they won't push you.

    while i was on the phone i told him that the run box would not come up so i could google support.me and when the word scam appered i hung up he then rang back saying the line was bad when i told him i hung up on him and again hung up and then he rang another time where i just said scam and i once again hung up. Then after a day of nothing they rang back this morning and my wife answered and they hung up. I dont want these calls can you stop cold calling

    Why? Logmein is legitimate company and remote access service, nothing can happen by simply clicking the link, but...
