US Broadband provider with IPSEC

Hi, Have a couple of sales staff covering the us areas and they are having issues connectiing to comcast and verision, its primary use is for VPN access to Dublin, is there a ISP in the US that I could recommend which does IPSEC traffic, i.e. AOL etc. Anyone else have similar issues..
