Phoenix Park Racecourse-vandalism/theft

Been living here 3+ years and never had a problem but a panal was taken off the car overnight in the underground car park (beneath the Londis). Nothing major, bit of a hassle as regards cost etc though. There may be footage of it on the cameras but waiting to see if this is so. Has anyone else had any similar experiences…

I know a neighbourhood watch scheme is due to be set up ASAIK.
