Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    He's not as bad as David Davin Power, with his crazy non-blinking eyes. Ive seen the guy do 3 minute reports without blinking. Well, that or our blinks were exactly in sync.

    If you talk about blinking what about blinking Karl Deeter?

    The mortgage broker during the Celtic Tiger who is now every negitive equity victim's best mate now. I found his presentation of this morning's business news this morning on Newstalk to be badly presented. He even said " F X " instead of foreign exchange.

    Then again Newstalk aint too selective - did they even give Ivan Yates the 3 weeks off after he went into receivership? Or maybe Ivan just couldn't wait to get the dollars again -as they say - cash is king!!! ;-)

    David mc collugh (sp?) seems to be a good, no bs, down the line kinda guy.
    He has a PHd in politics and has a dry snappy way of delivering reports.

    He seems to be used sparingly on the front line but what he does contribute is very well informed and insightful.

    A lot better than some of the mopes on the RTE reporting payroll.

    I have to agree Op. After watching anchorman, I can't help but notice that Brian never lets Sharon get the last word of the broadcast. This bugs me..its the little things:)
