Can anyone recommend any restaurants, anywhere in the city, or county, (pref south of the Lee) that cater for gluten-free eaters?

not sure if this is beyond budget, but Hayfield Manor launched a gluten-free menu last week.........link and menu below............might be nice for a treat!

Was about to suggest this - check out their Facebook page - they run competitions the odd time.

cafe bar deli on french church st. serves gluten free pasta an beer, not very inspiring menu though. how about cafe paradiso?

Hi DD - The Quay Co-Op, O'Sullivan's Quay - Vegetarian Restaurant - but you can get vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free/vegan/ etc. Great lunches there. J

One in Bandon opposite the library advertises gluten free.

Someone bought me a gluten-free cake at the market; was like sawdust so you have my sympathy.
