    sent in all the receipts before Christmas
    supposed to get Cheque early January, still no
    cheque after ringing them 4 times to some call centre in the UK

    Have other people got their refund??
    On the verge of going to the small claims at this stage

    told us there was a back log and we would have cheque before end of Jan
    finally got through again today and told it would be another 14 days.

    Think this is poor service considering they waited till Jan when offer was over to start processing any claims at all

    hope to get cheque by end of Feb

    we made our purchase at the very end of November and recevied our cheque back in post last week.
    so there seems to be a massive backlog

    Sent my claim in around mid december, got the cheque around the 3rd week of Jan. Great deal, still can't buy the TV for anything near the net price, even in the UK.

    Sent the forms in just before Christmas, got the cheque 27 days later.

    Still have received no cheque
    got a letter saying there is a delay

    Am very disappointed in Sony on this issue
    is it worth complaining to the consumers association or is that a waste of time?

    Last time i buy a Sony product

    Still no VAT back cheque
    think this is a disgrace
    My wife has rang them over 6 times and they have promised chq by end of next week
    had enough have sent in small claims to naas district court today

    cheque in post, yipee

    Very apologetic to be fair to them
