Four week cookery courses in Dublin

I'm thinking of doing a four week cookery course in Dublin and have considering both the Dublin Cookery School and the Cooks Academy. Has anyone done the course at either of these schools and would you recommend it?

Dublin Cookery School is the best in the country, you won't go wrong with them
