Can a mature student amend their CAO choices after Feb 1st?

I had my appliction in on time but after rethinking I might want to swap my 3rd choice with my 2nd choice - can I do this? My 2nd choice is currently a mature students restricted access degree course, my third choice as it currently stands isn't. Thanks.

Yes, you can change the order of preference but you cannot add a restricted course onto the list.
