Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't access email?

    Anyone else having this problem? I can't access my ucd email at the moment (couldn't yesterday afternoon either). Blackboard's fine. I've tried logging in both through the regular ucd.ie site and from imap.ucd.ie. I've tried a few different browsers too.

    Anyone know what's up with this?

    If Imap client doesn't work anymore try using his:

    https://webmail.ucd.ie/

    and chose the New UCD Connect Email Client option. It's a pain in the arse though as I liked the imap client better.

    Imap client works again (who knows for how long?) atm.

    SirLemonhead, thanks for the link to IT Services. The main problem I have with IT Services is that it is so hidden away on the UCD site. It would more useful if they had their Alerts/Announcements on the main page (at the right side of the page where the Connect login is). That way everyone can see immediately when something isn't working or if there are service schedules.
