Savings Account - Which Bank?

Any of you educated lads and lassies have any recommendations? I'm planning to save 50euro a week (200 per month). Which banks would have better interest rates? I'm a bit lost when it comes to this kind of thing so any info would be appreciated. :D

ulster bank have a high interest regular savings account, as far as i know they are the best on the market although i am open to correction, the financial regulator's site has a product comparision
