Well not really.. But a classmate from Liverpool is on an all expenses paid trip with a huge daily budget from their government. So for the last week and the next 3 weeks, I have to thank the English tax payer for pretty much all my class food and drink.. And the fact that I can chill about a sweet hotel that costs 140 dollars a night.

I can see how expenses scandals happen. It's too easy when it's free.

The Tans shot my Granny in the head, took a shíte in the butter churn, then burned down the house.

    And expense accounts are great.

    Isn't it the British Government?

edit: England has not had its own national government since 1707.
