This is for sale rather than to rent but I think the last photo is rather prophetic.

The property price register has other houses on the road going for half a million last year and number 38 was on daft for nearly 600k in 2009.

How'd you make that out? He's also excluding asians, latinos, mexicans, native americans etc. Sounds more like he has a preference for white or hispanic looking people. Doesn't make him racist against blacks. He's still a weirdo though.

No, he's clearly a filthy racist. You'd do well to stay clear of him Mr. Cow.

Funnily enough, they don't all look the same. South America is a very large place. Do you think all Europeans look the same? If someone said they had a preference for Eastern European ladies over Irish ladies, would you say that they are all the same as they are white?

And you must clearly be a filthy sexist as I am a Ms. Cow, not a Mr. Cow :p

We are arguing about his racist language whilst he's trying to pick up a homeless chick for "mutual enjoyment".

    OK.

Where you can watch the window instead of TV, barely fit through your bedroom door, and probably wipe your bum with the matress. All for €850 a month.

Ah god €850??? That is so depressing. I'm genuinely sad that someone is probably going to pay that much. I've to find somewhere new to live soon and I'm scared!!

Yup I'm searching for a place now and it's depressing the shitboxes that are out there and the rental price on them. Pain in the testicles.

Its for clients and the like I presume, a company has a client over for the week and they put them in there. Fully serviced.

It would cost less to put them in most decent hotels in the city centre for a week.

But if you have clients over every week, or even every other week this type of thing could be cost effective.

It's definitely not an apparent designed for your average joe to live in either way.
