"Part of you" wouldn't like to find out I'd say

Not to mention the tableware still boxed up, along with a box of kitchen knives, what looks like a wall clock placed on the table and the plastic sheeting on the chairs with an ironing board close at hand. I'm thinking a bizarre sex game where the loser gets chopped up and eaten. We should keep an eye on this address for any news stories about unsolved murders.

    Dogs are OK - Wooof

Whatever the flaws of the ad, at least he's open minded when it comes to looks.

These ads just give me the creeps.
The same as the ones sharing beds with strangers, who in their right mind would share a bed with someone they dont know?

Sadly, given the scarcity of accomodation in Dublin city I'd say it won't be too long before he finds a flatmate.

    Its the nonchalance of it...
"Yeah, I have a room to rent. Cost you x a week. That ok? The only thing is you'll be sharing a bed with a total and utter stranger who may or may not have..........no personal hygiene regime, flatulence, alcohol or drug issues, bladder or bowel "mishaps" in shared bed due to alcohol or drug issues, contagious skin condition/non contagious skin conditions that may coat shared bed with crusty flaking skin, snoring, night time sleep rants, gropey gropey fumbly fumbly while "sleeping"?

I was picturing a more "Larry Murphy" style character while reading the ad.
Room in the city centre available preferably to a young female.

Saw this advertised as a "luxury let " on daft !

I mean it's nice and all but I certainly wouldn't put it into the "luxury " category

It's certainly luxury compared to the crappy apartment, I am living in now.

Strange I just would have thought something like this would be more "luxury" criteria http://www.daft.ie/lettings/abbotts-hill-malahide-dublin/1437342/

Harry Potter had a door. It's saying something when a fictional neglected character has a better homelife with more perks than you're being asked to pay up for.

Harry Potter had to put up with the Dursleys that in itself is payment !

Though that apt the bed is in the sitting room. With two other people also living there what happens if someone wants to watch tv or has a friend over !?
