And it's at Let Agreed now so obviously someone wanted this bright, spacious apartment. Sure you could cook your dinner from the comfort of your bed.

And cleaning it wouldn't exactly take long. Entertaining guests could be a challenge though. A roll down bed might be required.

LovinDublin, Her.ie, Joe.ie etc regularly mine boards as a source for their stories.

You could fix a bed to a wall maybe? It'd be like a bed on a space station or, in letting agents speak: "A truly out-of-this-world experience".

Or a couch that converts into a bed. All little space savers that turn this spatially challenged shack into into a real find.

This five bedroom detached an 1/2 acre, situated close to schools and all amenities. Needing some modernisation, this property would make an ideal family home, or a good investment opportunity for a discerning purchaser. It also has development potential, subject to the necessary planning procedures.
They don't show any photos, plus they use the above codewords? Must be in some state!

"Attached to the property is a small outhouse that could easily be converted into the existing house subject to planning permission"

    That 'thing' next door...?

Yes, but if a purchaser is truly a 'discerning' purchaser, he or she will be able to tell it's true value.

Woah, woah, woah. What the hell going on around the stove? A mural of a mine? From here it looks like that guy is in the nip! (Possibly just topless, it's hard to tell).

Wow, the only thing that "outhouse" is good for is demolishing. No one in their right mind would try to convert that thing!!

    Is this a joke?

A hotel room for sale. A steal at 99k.

Is it even legal? No kitchen. Not as much as a microwave.

This has been done to death.

You're not buying it to live in it. You're essentially buying a share of the hotel where you see an annual return. You cant live in it / rent it out.

Race to the bottom. That's an absolutely ridiculous rental. Would rather emigrate than live in a hellhole like that.

Let Agreed on that place. The box room in my place is bigger than that 'apartment'.

Think this was posted before, but the Indo has it now
Tenant subletting to 5-6 others for €300pm each in Cabra in awful tenement conditions.
There are 110 rules including : These rules are confidential and this list of rules must be returned to Miss Firmoo on departure

Technically these people are licensees. Terrible conditions but they don't have tenancy rights unless granted by the landlord.
