    The Crying Chair Euology

    LINK

    The Crying Chair
    (With apologies to the songwriters)

I know all there is to know about the crying chair
I've had my share of the crying chair
First there are kisses, then there are sighs
And then before you know where you are, you're saying goodbye
One day soon, I'm gonna tell the moon about the crying chair
And if he knows, maybe he'll explain
Why there are heartaches, why there are tears?
And what to do to stop feeling blue, when love disappears?
First there are kisses, then there are sighs
And then before you know where you are, you're saying goodbye
Don't want no more of the crying chair
Don't want no more of the crying chair....

Not for rent, but for sale...

    Features:
    • Golf buggy sitting on the couch (pics 4 and 5)
    • Floor sombrero (pic 7)
    • Interestingly angled sofa (pic 10)
    • Rubbish bag on floor (pic 11)
    • Broken end of bed-frame (pic 17)
    • Selection of floor items (pic 19, and the majority of pics for that matter)
    • Somewhat overgrown back garden (pic 26)

If the estate agent had spent 20 minutes moving the furniture and picking the things up off the floor, even for the duration of the "photoshoot", it would be a nice place. Sheer laziness!

Picture 5: "Comes fully furnished. Flatscreen TV included!"
Is it possible to have a 'Crying TV' the same way as a crying chair?

Well I've heard of friends being able to reach the fridge from their sofa but for your 3 litre Tesco Value Cider to be just inches away from your sleeping quarters why ever get out of bed again? (complete with crying chair) http://www.daft.ie/searchrental.daft?id=1268461
Did they photoshop a roast into the oven? :D

Gives the HOUSING (STANDARDS FOR RENTED HOUSES) REGULATIONS
2008 - funnily enough there appears to be no legislative requirement for a Crying Chair....

More likely what confronted the bank when they opened the door after getting some jingle-mail, EA was just told to take pics and sell.

Okay, so you've rented a ****ty apartment in exchange for your left arm and you realise you have no where to sit and cry about the whole thing. The miserly landlord didn't furnish the place with the obligatory crying chair.

FEAR NOT PEOPLE...I bring to you...the chair with TWO arms. It will compliment any hell hole apartment beautifully.

Tenant/caretaker - i assume there is some minor duty with maintenance or something. Also we don't know how it looks inside, and - my biggest worry - how much oil do you need for winter...
Not a bad idea, and from outside it looks nice...

Here's one a friend found complete with picture of roasting turkey/chicken in the oven,

    Crying chair par extraordinare

I'd say that this chair could be the original crying chair that Anne Boleyn sat in in the Tower the night before her execution. If you inched it forward a bit you could rest your feet on the bed.
