    It's got a crying kitchen and all. that's not a kitchen, that's a dungeon.

I'm beginning to think some people are using the crying chair as a selling point. Check out photo 6.

It's more creepy than funny! ''Looking for females only'' ... '' to share with a male in the single bedroom'' - that along with the dark, creepy picture.. :(

I first noticed that ad back when I was looking for a house in August.. no wonder it's still up

If you're going to post a property its 30 seconds work to stick the pics on Imgur or just attach them to your post, every link in this thread including the one posted 40 minutes ago is dead.

Scarey stuff. Sounds like a guy with a large old house and renting rooms cheaply. They must be very cheap because who the fck would want to live there with those rules?
You cannot cook much in less than 30 minutes and if you pull a young wan you need to wait two weeks before inviting her over.

I sent them an email. Wonder will he get back to me.
Hello there, is this still available? Can you tell me some more about the appartment? Is the living room big and what chanels are on the tv? Is there much room for my belongings in the bedroom? I have clothes and need to keep some items for my work there too.
Also, what is the kitchen like? I like to cook in my spare time so this would be important to me.
About me? I am a 22 year old girl from Latvia. I have moved to ireland in the last week to work in a gentlemans club in dublin so I need to find somewhere ecomonic to live.
I am easy to get on with and am not shy so I do not mind living with a strange man. This will make me feel safe.
    Thank you, Mikkita

I cant seem to save them... when you click on the Daft.ie pics you dont get a right click save as option as it has them stored in an odd way. I have the Crying Toilet one saved though.

Edit: Does anyone have a saved version of the image of the bunkbed? The bed was on the top part with the bottom hollowed out and a TV/chair put in.

I right click on the page, then click view page source. On the newly opened page scroll down towards the bottom and you'll see lines of bright blue text ending in .jpg.You can open these links and save the picture. There's probably an easier way.

You know, going by the front of the building you think it'd be quite spacious inside but it actually looks quite pokey. Still, €160,000 for a period residence in the city centre is pretty decent. Personally, based on this price I'm calling the bottom of the market.:D

That seller has, as they say, more front than the bleedin GPO.

They forgot to mention it got a major make over about 90 years ago due to the occupants/squatters being a rowdy bunch.

Think he's trying to emphasise the apartment is close to the city centre. Making it the cover picture is definitely an odd choice though..

People often don't make the most logical choices when putting photos of their property up. I remember seeing a house rental on Daft some years ago where the first photo was a close up of a brick wall (presumably of the house itself). Perhaps the advertiser wanted to assure potential renters that the building was indeed made of bricks, as opposed to mud & straw or whatever but still struck me as strange.

I always think it is a bad sign when the ad includes pictures of the nearest supposed major landmark, sports club or some such, and very few indoor pictures of the actual property.

I know of one house for sale where they had a partially out of focus picture of what looked like a tree stump of block of wood in the garden.
What it was meant to represent is beyond me. :o

It really does show how slapdash some EAs are that this gets through.

It's meant to represent the eternally out of focus view we have on life, and how we're all just stumps...in the grand scheme of things that is.

    :pac:
