I would always introduce myself to the priest and so far so good thank god.

Some really nice shots there guys and gals

That particular wedding was a strange one, well due to the priest. The bride was extremely late and I arrived at the church 20 odd minutes before her. I ended up having to ask the guests to go inside after he had begun shouting at the groom, I then stood with him almost pleading with him not to leave, he actually held up his wrist tapping his watch saying one more minute, keeping it there waiting for the minute to be up, God was I happy when I saw the wedding car come up the street. I have never had any issues with any other priest, it was very unfortunate for the couple.

You're not allowed to photograph the church register (ie the big book) as that contains the information of other couples on the same page, but there's no issue photographing the sheets.

Ah so thats it. I'd always be on 2.8 max and foxussing on the person signing so you wouldnt see any detail on any of the sheets anyway.

Pretty much straight out of the camera with an umbrella on the right at 1/4 power and a bare flash bounced of the ceiling to the left at 1/8th power.

Heres everything shot from the original wedding, this is every shot unedited and put into a slideshow. Lasts about 6 minutes

Cant embed from Vimeo on here

That actually works really well Keith. It's not as jerky as I would have thought. And pretty straightforward to put together as well I'd imagine.

Just a thought, but I wonder would it be an idea to trim it down a tad to fit just one song? And maybe pause a bit longer on certain frames and speed through some other ones....

    Just my 2c.

Thanks Brian, this is just for Boards.ie and I usually pause on the important moments in the slideshow.
