Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Punch Bag recommendations

Any recommendations out there for a punch bag?

It will be used for punching and kicking so it should be able to take a fair punding and last. I've got 2 young boys that are only going to get bigger & stronger doing TKD so I want it for them to improve their punching and kicking and also for myself.

I would guess a 2ft bag is just going to be too light and too short for kicking and I dont want something thats going to be swinging everywhere.

My shed has a good strong metal frame that will take the weight so I have somewhere to hang it. The horizontal bar that I would be attaching it to is 7ft off the ground. Preferably one with not so long straps that by the time its hung I'll be looking direct at the bag rather than straps.

Lots of different ones in Argos that I could just go up and pick up but any recommendations.
