Neutraliser blocks necessary for Musk turtles?

Appreciate advice. They only get King British Complete Turtle & Terrapin food, about to order Reptomin over the internet to change it slightly for variety. But apparently the neutraliser blocks gives calcium in their tank. Thank you.
