Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There used to be back in the day but not anymore, unless things have changed recently.

I was the last coach of the UL MMA club, taking over from Alan Hannon who took it on from Tim.

Seemed to end after I left in 2009. We used to train also at the Combat Sports Centre run by Ger Healy (MMA/BJJ Club) and the UL Judo club who are still running.

    You could try with them?

Someone needs to step in there and set one up. Its too big an institution not to have one.

You could chance the Krav Maga in UL, a good workout if anything else. Its a decent club in fairness. Other than that come into the Combat Sports Centre's new place on Windmill st in town.

Combat Sports Centre is a great place to train, a lot of the old UL crowd train there now.

You should also check out Pankration, cool spot too and it is only over the road from UL.

You're not really short of options in Limerick.
